the check-in process was disorganized. a staff member taking my bags mentioned he did not want to be at work. the food quality was average, and the pool area seemed neglected (it needs a complete facelift).

i enjoyed the plentiful options for breakfast and dinner! there were many beaches and pools available.

The a/c unit was quite old. It made it hard to sleep well

the resort has helpful staff. the restaurant offered delicious fresh food. self served beer and wine was an unexpected surprise at dinner. bathrooms are refurnished.
